Shipping and payment – Simple, secure

We want the shopping process to be as enjoyable and seamless for you as the experience of a new Coral Craft Studio accessory in your home.

 

How can you pay?

• Bank card payment: Fast and secure online payment via the webshop.

• Bank transfer: If you choose this method, you can transfer the amount to the bank account number provided in the confirmation email.

• Cash or bank card: If you choose personal pickup at our Budapest studio, you can also pay the bill on site.

 

How does the package reach you?

Since these are unique, handmade and often fragile products, we pay special attention to safe packaging.

• Home delivery by courier service: Our reliable partner will deliver the selected lampshade or decorative cushion to your home throughout the country.

• Parcel delivery machine, parcel point: For smaller products, you can also choose the closest pickup point to you. For certain larger size categories, you can only choose courier delivery or personal pickup (this will be indicated separately for each product).

• Personal pickup (free of charge): We look forward to welcoming you to our Budapest workshop (1163 Budapest, Sasszem u. 26.), where you can pick up your order in person after making a prior appointment.

 

Delivery time: Products in stock are dispatched within 2-3 working days. We will provide precise information on the production time for custom-made pieces during the consultation.
